Everyone doesnt use a credit/debit card. Can you find a way that cash buyers can get credit for purchases??

I have always been a fan of TS and now we finally get one in my town. Lucky for me it is close to home. I visit 4-5 times per week and love having the option of much cleaner food.

My location, ladera ranch not listed (youve been here a month). Menu should be available easily... Calories and nutritional info should be here too. The rest of the stuff is useless to an app user. But the restaurant is our new favorite, I tell everyone about it!!!

There is a TSC right down the street from me yet it wont show up on the app to order ahead. Whats the point of having an app to preorder if not all the stores are on here? Thanks for nothing.

When I first got the app I could order what I wanted from the store closest to me. However, now it tries to send me to a place in Memphis, TN or Marion, Ark. Please fix this. I miss ordering from my app.

This app doesnt scan in the restaurant to obtain points with the scanner. I have had it only go through one time. Even with the brightness turned up all the way, it still doesnt scan. Waste of an app. I wouldnt recommend downloading this.

Overall very happy with the app. Easy to use and I get all the discounts as advertised and when I spend $50. But it is annoying and frustrating that when I go to a store that does not accept/use the app for payment there is no way to get credit for my purchase. I should be able to scan my receipt into the app. But thats the only negative thing about the app to me. Otherwise its great!

I absolutely love tropical smoothie! So far so good on the app. I use it mostly to pay at the window. My two complaints are 1) i really like the watermelon smoothie and the Limey blimey but every time I get one or the other they taste different. One time too much mint, next you cant taste the lime, or not enough mint etc. do you not use the same measurements every time? 2) living north of Cedar City Utah I have to drive to the south end of town to get a smoothie. Now they are soon opening one at the center interchange. Why not put one out by the Maverick at the north interchange? It would be a great location and Im positive it would be very busy.

This app makes ordering so much easier . And its credits you $5. . . WINNING

Love the store and the app

Product is always great but the wait at the west York store is so slow going on 20 minutes n still no drink they need more help on dedicated cash n one making drinks n one in food side they have to ring everyone in n then go make the drinks.. At least 13 people here waiting for drinks...

I go here a lot! Very convenient reward app

Ive been maybe 200 times in my year of living in FL and Ive never received anything other than great customer service and amazing smoothies ( the food is wonderful as well but I rarely get food) thank you for helping me change my lifestyle, the happy hour you have in the morning helps me start my morning off right and keeps me fueled throughout the day!

I downloaded the app and did not see the $5 credit for downloading, as advertised in the store. Furthermore a second TSC said their app was down and couldnt scan for rewards... I went in 4 days that week because it was close to my work, so I have about $20 in purchases that arent credited.

I do not recommend using the app to order. Apparently the order comes across their screen but no other information is included. They had no idea what I ordered and it took three different staff members to locate my order items. Then they didnt have any regular baked Lays to top it off.

I like the rewards offered through the app, but am not able to use it to place order because it doesnt allow enough customization like swapping out bread for the ciabatta bun. Id like to be able to order the food the way I want it and to be able to save the order to reorder the same things later. Also, I dont see how coupons or discounts such as free add-inns are handled.

I have tried to use the app for a couple of large orders and the system will not except the transaction because it is too large. I have to swipe my credit card and do not get reward credit. After emailing customer support with NO response, I have decided to take my business elsewhere that it will be appreciated.

I have had the app since day 1 and I like it for the most part but I do not like that you have to buy 12 smoothies to get a free one now and you do not get much for how much you go to the store. I have almost hit Supercharged and I dont think a supplement a week is that good for spending over 1000 dollars at Tropical Smoothie. I dont use the supplements so there should be other options. It should be at least one free smoothie a week or a month for the amount of money people spend there. So I am not a big fan of the app.

Loyal customer. Using the scanner for points. It has only worked for me part of the time. If I use it 10 times, about half the time it never sees my credit. I walk out the store and look at purchase history and nothing! The scanner is allays green at the store but for whatever reason it wont see all my purchases. The counter team needs to be retrained on NOTICING that your holding a phone up and nothing is credited towards points. OR the app needs a rebuild. This is ridiculous. Makes me feel cheated.
