Tropical Rewards App App Reviews

I fell in love with Tropical Smoothie a few months ago. My mother and I were trying to add better food to our diet when we hang out on the weekends. Tropical Smoothie fits our lifestyle nicely.

Not a fan of the rewards system. You should not be required to enter a card to get the rewards. Make this like Panera where you just scan a card or give a number. Much easier!

Actually writing about the store I love tropical smoothie today when we went into the store the line was long as we order it online we watched as they made our food it was ready on time but when we got it was cold the cheese was it melted and when I asked the girl she said that it had been sitting there for a while which was a lie I asked her to want to back up she stuck it in the microwave for about three seconds and came out still cold with only a few pieces of chicken I was very disappointed when I asked for 2 cups of water they gave me one water bottle I was very disappointed in the service. The store was also very dirty on top of everything. I repeat I love tropical smoothie and hope that they can exceeds problems to make it a wonderful store again thank you

Love the smoothies and options to customize but would love to save my favorite location and order. Am I missing these features somehow?

Tracker for rewards is no good. It only stores & gives me credit for some of my purchases. I am long overdue for a $5 reward based on my purchases (over $55) but with the smoothie glass icon full it says I have no rewards. Support has yet to be able to help me and while I was waiting for a support person to apply one of my purchases to my reward balance- I received an email from app support saying since I havent responded to them they were closing my case from pending status. My case was pending because the ball was in their court. I have been as helpful as I can possibly be by sending screenshots etc... I am to the point the $5 reward I am owed isnt worth my time now.

Can not get the app to update. Just stuck downloading. No use

The good- you can see your rewards in the app and add them to Apple Wallet. The bad-it wont let you "star" your favorites, and the list of locations makes no sense. It should be listed by state, then city. Adding nutrition information would be very helpful, too.

I had gotten all the way to energized! But I had to restore my phone and I lost all the work! I went down to boost and went back to my starting point of $20! So thinking maybe I had to logout and log back in I logged out! NOW I CANT LOG BACK IN! So you see Im frustrated and annoyed and stuck! So I have deleted the app! Im upset cause Im still going to go but I shall waste so many reward opportunities

Great app for ordering and reviewing the menus on the go as well as earning points!

At first it worked well. Then I realized somewhere along the way the rewards dont track unless my cc was attached. Not cool

I wish this app would allow me to enter a gift card as a payment method.

I have tried multiple times to use the app at our different local tropical smoothie locations. They can never get it to work. :(

I dislike apps that require you to add your credit card info in order to get rewards. I am a very cautious person with giving out that info and to an app that really doesnt have the ways needed to protect my information. It should not matter how I pay, I should get the extra $5 for every $50 period, this one will prob be deleted soon cause a waste of space on phone at moment

Perhaps it is coincidental but days after I added the app to my phone, I began receiving emails and phone calls from addresses and phone numbers to which I do not nor do I care to correspond. If a company like Tropical Smoothie wants me to use their app to simply sell my data, I wish there was a way I could have known this ahead of time as I would have not added the app. I only added the app as it is one of few restaurants to which I frequent often enough to justify adding their app. I have subsequently modified my contact info in the app and have deleted it from my phone.

I agree with the people who have mentioned privacy issues, but really, in the world we live in NOTHING is private. Id be really happy if there was a way to find out which locations are "participating locations" *without* having to go in and ask.

Perfect for the daily Tropical Smoothie goer...quick payment method and a reward for continued patronage.

Been to 2 stores already and they dont participate. So Im basically just losing my money. Classic

Requires credit/debit card to be entered in order to get rewards. Not a good way to generate customer goodwill.
