App offers $5 when you download it and place your first order but there is no way to apply the $5 to the order. Then I get here 10 min after my order is supposed to be ready and its still not ready.

I ordered a smoothie and chose pick up time 20 minutes later. Arrived right on time and store hadnt received order-I already paid with CC and received receipt via email. As I re-ordered, now waiting for it be made-defeating the whole point of advance ordering, slip printed exactly at pick up time 5pm--I dont want them to get order when I arrive--whats the point--please fix to have order get sent in advance!!!!

Their app displays only a list of addresses! Theres no map view. This made it far too time consuming to find a location to order from while on the road, so I simply pulled up the Chipotle app (with a map view) and gave them my business. Add a map view of locations nearby!

By far the slowest drive thru I have ever been to. I usually go through when I need to catch up on emails, take a nap, or a conference call.

If a tropical smoothie does not have a QR reader then youre SOL. If youre going to push the app at least provide your stores with the proper equipment (looking at you Michigan locations)

Cant customize a smoothie to have Splenda. No nutrition info. Cant use it so will delete ap.

Made several referral no $5 credit. Not a good way to start.

I cant believe they limit the customization fields- please at least allow a splenda option or a place to write notes like if we want light sauce ect!

I just got told that I earned $5 reward but I was still charged the $5 and rewards balance is $0. Whats the point?

I have tried to use the app twice and the first time I bought 3 smoothies and the second time I bought 1 and the scanner was down both times. No offer to bring receipts back in for credit or anything.

I am loving this app! I love ordering in advance, and havent had a single problem picking up my orders and I LOVE the ability to pay with the app. My only request is - may I please have an area for comments? I like to substitute fruits to keep it interesting and the app only allows me to remove. I have significantly increased my trips to Trop because of the app.

I love this app! I love that it just links to your credit/debit card and you dont have to keep refilling a gift card (I.e. Starbucks rewards program) to earn points. I also love that you can order from the app! Makes trips quick and easy!

I love TSC! However, I use the app and pay with cash, but my transaction totals read $0.00 so I miss out on my reward points. Why have the option to use the scan feature but not correctly have ALL transaction amounts accounted for?!! Do better!!!

After first downloading the app and having initial trouble receiving the $4 credit promised for downloading the app, I disregarded it as a new technical issue and let it go. Ive now missed a total for 4-5 credits after scanning my app in store. I filed 3 complaints with TSC Support the 3 complaints with the main corporate offices. Only two contacts were returned. The first offering a meager $3 on the $5 I spent. The second came from a cheeky funny man named Charlie, who encouraged me to send him pictures of all of my receipts (which I no longer have) and he would comp me 10%. Well I didnt pay 10%, I paid 100%. Why should I have to pay $75 to get a free drink when its advertised as $55? Its been three weeks since I contacted TSC again stating Id been ripped off and was not satisfied with Charlies snide comments and gleeful, mocking sentiments. No word. Nothing. TSC is willing to lose a 15 year customer over $15. Ive filed a scam complaint with BBB and will never set foot in a TSC store again. Sad. Dont waste your time or money on this piece of garbage.

Super good smoothies

Scammed me and took an extra 15$ off my card and said I used the $5 credit on the app. So I was charged twice on my card and they charged me from the app of using the $5 credit. Then when I contacted them about it they never responded. ‼️

Straight out of a Hardy Boys mystery. I wanted to order a smoothie from the app. The Acai berry boost is not on the menu. When I enquired about this at the store the service person said "I dont know its a mystery to me". Im Calling Tom Hardy now. Stay tuned for updates. P.s the food menu is missing too!

I can walk to Tropical Smoothie but says I dont have one within 25 miles or in California at all! Want to place order via app, but it doesnt even work! Cant even view the menu!

Although I am an avid Tropical Smoothie customer I dont think the rewards offered in the app are necessarily enticing, if youre going to make a rewards app at least offer its downloaded lets something better than a free item every $500 spent. $500 is someones rent money. Someones paycheck. And all they get for spending that at Tropical Smoothie is one free menu item? Lol
