Tropical Rewards App App Reviews

I really like this app but I wish there was a way to pay with gift cards! Also none of the restaurants can use it apparently. The one that it says is closest to me is like 3,000 mi away...

This app seems to serve TS Cafe with collecting customer information while providing no benefit to customer and purchasing.

Everyone seems to be complaining. Do you realize that this app isnt yet fully functional? It says it very clearly in the description. Also, how are you suppose to pay online if you dont put a credit card in? I mean come on! How else are you going to pay with the app??

I have a TSs around me but the closet one the app can find is 799 miles away...nice looking app just wished it worked.

Its cool it has the menu but wheres the nutrition facts? Also the location feature is pretty terrible. I let it use current location and it only recommends locations several states away. Seems like you should be able to enter your zip at least and adding the nutritional info wouldnt be too hard either.

The app seems like a good idea in theory, but you cant get rewards for using gift cards or cash. Also, the location part is terrible. It says the closest one to me is 400 mi away...and you cant search for any locations either. I saw a lot of people complaining about how all the stores they tried to use this app with didnt work, so maybe that list of locations is only the ones that will work with the app? I dont know, but this app will definitely be deleted off my phone.

I signed up as a loyal tropical smoothie customer, just to find out this does not work in any of the 3 tropical smoothies in my area.

The app is solid and well made, I use it to look up my menu items since the paying option isnt available yet in the Hampton Roads, VA area.

A Tropical Smoothie Cafe just opened in my area, it would be nice to have that location added to the app! (KS).

Hands down the best customer service ever and amazing food! Glad they have an app for rewards!

Live in Oklahoma and none of the Oklahoma locations are available on app!

Need to update location list. I could not select location in my state!

I already went to 2 location in Va beach and the employees will not let me scan it because I was paying with cash. They said it has to be associated with a credit card. If that is the case, why is there the option to not associate a card on upon registration. Also when I saw the snap shot of the app it says "scan to earn rewards and (optional) pay with your phone."

We have several in South Carolina and the state isnt even listed on the app! I visit at least twice a week...I would love to be able to use the app!

This app accessed my credit card info from my iTunes account - staff said use it to get your rewards and it automatically charged my credit card $20 - I never entered any credit card info into this app

App is useless unless you want to forced to add a payment method to reap the benefits. It is a thinly veiled ploy. It would be nicer if you could upload receipts without having to divulge credit card info if you elect not to do so.

Once a week, I feed my office tropical smoothie. NOT ANY MORE!!! TROPICAL SMOOTHIE- you have LOST my business just like I lost ALL THE PUNCHES & FREE smoothies I had saved on the old app. I was RUDELY surprised when they said they would not honor the old rewards that I EARNED from supporting this business. You would think they would have figured out a way to transfer the info. Also- NO, I will not enter my credit card info onto your app either. POORLY THOUGHT OUT TROPICAL SMOOTHIE- DUMB MOVE ON YOUR PART. The old app wasnt broken, what made you change and make this HORRIBLE MISTAKE?!?!

Love the App if your already spending money to purchase smoothies why not collect rewards for it a great idea for "repeat offenders of tropical smoothie" like myself.
