Even though the app says the credit card info is optional, its not. Unless you enter your card info and pay with the app, the transaction will show up as $0. That was not a fun surprise after making 4 purchases averaging about $20 each.

Even though I was able to choose my preferred location when setting up the app, I was told they dont have a scanner when I went to use. I was planning on eating here a lot more because of the app, but now I probably wont, Ill had over to Starbucks where I will earn rewards and pay with my phone. Big disappointment.

I live in California but will only allow me to place an order online in Florida or New York. What a waste of an app.

Entered everything. Good graphics, smooth interface. Then I tried to order ahead for the family. This app will not, would not, could not in any way shape or form actually place an order. Waste of my time and phone memory.

I just went to the TS closest to my house and got told the app wasnt working. I got it out of convenience to not have to pull cards out. This is actually the second time this has happened since I got this app. If its not going to work properly why does TS have it. Fix it! I hate having to go someplace else when I want TS

Hey all. As an employee of TSC, let me tell you a secret. Were only just finding out about this as of a couple weeks ago. They have only set up about 65 of the some 400 stores with the equipment to actually use it so far. I think it will be great once everyone is caught up. Give us some time to figure this out! Its a huge step. From what Ive heard, their goal is to have all stores operational by May 1st

The best thing is everyone gets 5 bucks credit for anything in store for downloading the app. The app is bigening to launch throughout the u.s so its not quite ready as all restaurants have to launch at the same time but it will rival the Starbucks app with better rewards and random special coupons for loyal app customers

Was told to download the new tropical smoothie app but it does not apply to all locations & does not have a search engine to search your location :( not happy

Downloaded and wanted to use the order ahead option but no matter how many times I try my location isnt given. I called the store and was told that I should be able to use the app to order yet Im not able to!

Please bring back the option of having multiple payment methods on the app!! I use two different cards for specific reasons and I used to love the convenience the app allowed by letting me switch back and forth. However, you guys removed that option so now I can only put 1 method of payment and every time I switch cards I have to re-register them. Very tedious and annoying. Please bring multiple payment methods back!!

Love the food but cant use the app. Where is and how do you get credit for a specific store?

The addition of Apple Pay would make this much more useful.

We go to TS everyday and when I try and use this app, it doesnt ever scan. I hope youll be giving credits for this

I cant even get an order started. Its saying that the nearest TS is 25miles away, which its not, its only 5mins from my house. I already went into settings & turned on the location button. So I went to the actual TS place yesterday & the guy at the counter had no clue on what I was talking about. Just a blank look on his face.

Not able to use at all locations. The closest location to me where I can use the app is 40 miles away!! Come on Tropical Smoothie...get it together!! If I could give the app zero stars, I most certainly would!!

Placed an order on the app and got charged for it, 20 minutes later when I got to the store the order didnt go through and I had to pay again. Boone could tell me how to get my payment from the app back.

I cant find any of the 5 stores near me and all of them are within 10 miles. The closest options it gives me are 25 miles away. I just wanted to pre order my food since I only get 30 minutes on my lunch break and dont want to have to wait. The store I usually go to has the ordering ahead advertised and they tell everyone to download the app but according to the app they dont exist?

Fast and easy to use! Saves me a lot of money

Saw ad on their store window. Downloaded app as I went through drive thru. Asked gentleman at window how to use. It was simple to sign up, he scanned my phone and I saved $5 on that order! Another reason to love TSC!
